Wednesday is an American supernatural horror-comedy and thrilling streaming television series based on the character Wednesday Addams by Charles Addams.

Wednesday Addams is a fictional character from the Addams Family multimedia franchise created by American cartoonist Charles Addams. She is typically characterized as an emotionally reserved child that is fascinated and is often identified by her pale skin and black pigtails.

She defies social norms and takes pride in being herself, even if she sometimes hurts other people's feelings, including her parents. Wednesday Addams a high-school student, finds her brother 'Pugsley' tied up in a locker. She sees a psychic vision of all his bullies whom she attempts to kill, resulting in her expulsion. Her parents, Morticia and Gomez, decide to enroll her in Nevermore Academy, a school for outcasts in Jericho, Vermont.

Jenna Ortega who played the role for Wednesday was perfect and did awesome at the role.. "for the record, I don't believe that I'm better than everyone else just that I'm better than you !" Were the most inspiring line she said. The actors which were cast were so much into the character. Even though the predictions and the suspicions were made about Tyler but Mrs. Thornhills was also on the edge of her seat with suspicions the whole time

Wednesday strikes exactly the right balance of being confident and overtly hostile and a-emotional while still being a compelling lead with just enough humanity to make her someone you're still able to root for. It's a show for grade schoolers only packaged in a dark aesthetic. Jenna Ortega was amazing and the saving grace of this show. She killed it every second she was on screen, most of the humor worked because of her delivery.

 

Wednesday has become the most-watched English television series with 341.2 million hours of viewership and still counting.. the set of designs and plot twist which lead Wednesday to the succeeding seasons
